People who don't understand what you're going through will tell you 'Let Go' of a painful experience as of it were as easy as opening your hand and all of your pain will simply fall away. It is almost as if they think god are willingly holding onto it, as through your feelings are your own fault for stubbornly clinging onto memories you should be facing yourself to forget. But the painful experience and the emotions they create within us don't work that way. There is no 'Delete Key'. What was happened -has happened and nothing ever can change that. And though the pain you are feeling is a heavy burden, it is not one you carry willingly can simply 'put down' when you are tired to go on.. It is within you, it is a part of you and it has changed you permanently. But over time you will grow stronger and you will smile again despite all you have been through. And that is when you will learn that it has never about letting to' Let Go ' . It was about learning to carry it within you.
